Your Journey to Love. Heal. Celebrate. is an online workshop to help break the cycle of endometriosis. I believe there is a gap between how the medical community treats endometriosis and how patients experience the disease. The question becomes, how do we fill that gap? Because every woman’s journey with endometriosis is so very different, it is vital that we do everything we can to listen to our bodies and communicate its needs to our team of professionals. Do you ever feel like you have lost your sense of self because of endometriosis? By breaking down the layers of physical and emotional pain the disease has caused, we can begin to set small, attainable goals towards the path to wellness. Join a group of women who are ready to regain the control endometriosis took from them and start the journey to wellness. This is an amazing journey to reconnect and begin the process of loving ourselves, healing our body and mind, and celebrating life. Based on my path to wellness and recovery from endometriosis and chronic pain I am excited to share the tools I have learned.

The Class.

The 12 week intensive online class includes daily journaling prompts to kickstart self-discovery and find areas where you might be stuck. Weekly homework assignments will allow you to practice and implement your new tools. Weekly group coaching calls with Audrey Michel will allow you to connect other women in the workshop over bumps in the road, provide support, and learn from each other. The class includes a closed, private Facebook Group for continued connection, a safe place to ask questions, and support from women going through the same process as you.
