About Audrey

Design and construction have always been woven into my life story. My parents founded a custom home construction company the year I was born, and I spent my childhood on job sites, measuring, tiling, painting, and learning firsthand how a vision becomes a home. Even as a kid, I was drawn to the creative side of it all. I was sketching house plans beside my dad and reimagining spaces to make them flow better. That early foundation shaped my lifelong passion for design. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and Architecture from the University of Nebraska, with a minor in Art History, I began my career as a healthcare designer. Working on large-scale hospital projects taught me how profoundly our surroundings influence how we feel and function, reinforcing my belief that great design isn’t just about aesthetics. It's about intention, purpose, and how a space truly supports the people who live in it.

 

Today, as both a Real Estate Agent and Designer, I bring that same philosophy to every home I touch through The Design to List Experience. It’s a curated process that merges market insight, thoughtful design, and elevated presentation. From inspecting and evaluating a property’s potential, to renovating and refining key spaces, to staging and selling with confidence, I help homeowners create environments that not only photograph beautifully but feel deeply inviting. Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler who loves discovering architecture, art, and culture around the world. I’m also a dedicated golfer and a regular on the Pilates and yoga mat. I enjoy activities that keep me centered, balanced, and inspired. At home, I share my life with my husband and two wirehaired pointing griffons, who bring endless joy, energy, and a reminder that the best spaces are filled with warmth, love, and personality.
